The Solution: The primary objective of the Active Listening Training is to equip customer service representatives with effective active listening skills. This empowerment will significantly improve the customer experience, ensuring that customers feel genuinely heard and understood by our representatives. As a result of this training program, there will be a notable enhancement in customer service satisfaction survey ratings, aiming for excellence with a target of 4.5 stars and above.

The Problem: Over the past three years, the Valleybrook General Hospital has experienced an average of 15 reported cases of bloodborne pathogen infections annually among its staff. Additionally, there have been 25 reports of cases of infections among patients during the same period. The lack of proper knowledge, adherence to protocols, and awareness of preventative measures can lead to potential life-threatening infections. The current policies and procedures in place may not be effectively addressing the issues, resulting in increased risks to both workers and patients.
The Solution: The primary objective of the eLearning module is to educate healthcare workers on the risks associated with bloodborne pathogens and to provide them with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent exposure to these pathogens. The ultimate goal is to reduce the risk of transmission of bloodborne diseases. Post-course Valleybrook General Hospital’s combined infection rate should decrease to less than 10 reported cases annually.
